The laundry tag is design especially for this circumstance; it’s an RFID products encapsulated by nylon fiber with twice Injection. Firstly, we made a RF transponder in special size by COB and copper coil, by high temperature glue, solidified in roaster about 200 Celsius degree. After place the RF transponder in the base housing done in first injection, by over mold the nylon is injected second time and envelope the RF parts and base housing together, integrate to be a finished laundry tag. It is looks like a real button or nail, with to tiny hole which is easy to be sewed, and could be any color as request.
